The OEGUT, along with eight other research and consulting institutions from five European countries, is part of the EU project COHERENO which develops innovative, cooperative business models for the renovation of single-family homes to zero-energy houses.

By strengthening the collaboration between individual actors and organisations throughout the entire building process – from the planning stage to quality assurance – this project should contribute to “Nearly-Zero-Energy” renovation, which is currently a market niche, becoming a broader market segment.
