The desire for a better world is as old as humanity. Today, in light of current challenges, we feel this desire stronger than ever. There are dreams, visions and scenarios of how the future could look.

The OEGUT sees itself as a modern platform with the task of taking visions and ideas, making them realizable and carrying them into the future. This involves important dimensions of our society: the economy and environment, scientific research, diversity and democracy.

In this regard we interpret our task as follows: „we develop, communicate and network knowledge.”
