Short biography
Melanie Helm, BA joined the ÖGUT team in March 2025 as a research assistant in the field of Participation. She is currently completing her Master's degree in Climate Change and Social Change at BOKU. At the same time, she has been a volunteer in the environmental protection movement for several years, where she is currently co-organising a train-the-trainer course on group leadership and facilitation with the WWF's youth network 'Generation Earth'.
Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the Central European University, focussing on deliberative democracy and citizen participation.
