Gender equality and inclusion in clean energy transitions in Southeast Asia
ÖGUT supports the Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) in strengthening engagement with Southeast Asia by promoting gender equality and inclusion in clean energy transitions. It includes a regional workshop to share Equal by 30 lessons and the development of a practical toolbox with region-specific actions and examples for policymakers and stakeholders.

MuT – Mobility and Participation
Mobility poverty is a growing social and economic problem in Austria, affecting around 6% of the population. This has far-reaching consequences for social participation and economic development. A standardised and comprehensive definition is required in order to establish targeted measures to tackle mobility poverty.

IEA UsersTCP "Empowering all: Gender Equality for the Energy Transition”
Intersectional factors such as gender, age, and socioeconomic status influence access to and use of energy in private households. The resulting inequalities are examined in the project through a survey, focus groups, policy guidelines, and a TCP Gender Knowledge Hub for inclusive energy transitions. This contributes to a fairer, more sustainable energy transition and promotes systematic inclusion in energy policy.
