DI Mustafa Cinar has been working as a research assistant in the field of energy and innovative construction at ÖGUT since January 2026. He holds a master's degree in spatial planning and regional development from the Vienna University of Technology. Thanks to his many years of professional experience in various fields of spatial planning, including at MA 18 - Urban Development and Urban Planning, he has gained extensive expertise in the areas of sustainable urban planning, energy spatial planning, and the planning of sustainable mobility measures.
