Energy Efficiency Communities – Establishing pilot communities for the building sector (EffCoBuild)
Concept of measures to enhance energy efficiency
Based on the preparatory activities the project team organised national workshops on energy efficiency measures in buildings - together with the stakeholders in each community. The stakeholders were local politicians, representatives of local financing institutes, local or regional “energy saving funds”, representatives of building owners, architects and regional companies in the refurbishment sector.
As a result of the national workshops, in each community a concept of instruments, measures and actions has been created and reviewed in a trans-national workshop.
